That's the only slight imperfection I see in the pics. Plus the legs should be thicker.

I dunno all I know is when there is an exclusive they go all out in making sure you know its an exclusive in the accessory photo. Maybe I'm wrong...but usually its This is the EXCLUSIVE Item you get.

They usually do have the big exclusive/selected markets disclaimer for exclusive items. I went and checked the description for Luke, and it turns out they also used the "Bonus Accessories" phrase (so it's not as new as I thought), albeit with "Special Edition" and "For selected markets only". The description for Scarlet Witch has "Accessories" and "Special Bonus Accessory". So I have no idea what's going on with the Ultron heart, but I have a feeling that there will be two releases- one with and one without it. Having the bonus accessory section is abnormal if it's going to be part of every release.... but I could also be wrong.

Alright, I thought something looked off aside from an otherwise good looking figure. And about being too skinny...well....unforunately Hot Toys won't make new female bodies.

I hate HT proto pics... always has a weird artificiality to it. The secret base photos always look so much better.

I should really avoid the early pages of spec threads. They are almost always negative. Except for the new Luke. That is universally loved, except for the hair color which is an easy fix. That's saying something given the fact that Hamill's likeness is notoriously difficult to capture.

Yeah, you basically just need to ignore it. It'll be there at all times no matter the figure because this is the Internet...sometimes you can't please people, others want a literal replica of an actor with zero flaws, and others just like to complain. If you like the figure, you either just focus on the good that's being said, or just stand by your guns and step away while people let out all their frustrations. Sometimes they're warranted, other times people see bizarre things (like a post on the Luke Skywalker Facebook thread that had someone seeing Bradley Cooper in the sculpt?!) or just want to vent.

This is what I was saying last night! Once we get Secret Base pictures we'll get a much better look at the actual figure! I loved it before, and love it even more now! There was no denying this purchase unless the ball was dropped big time. In the end, they nailed it! That image of the face sculpt alone looks like it was cut out of a magazine!

Another home run for hottoys, damn did they do a great job on this piece. The AOU lineup is starting to take shape, cannot wait to get the lineup, which will take me a real good while yet

Of the team members released so far, I have six on PO and just received the Mark 43 last week.

The only non-Avenger I'm picking up is Ultimate Ultron.

Skipping War Machine, Iron Legion, Ultron Sentry, Ultron Prime, Ultron Mark I and the Mark 45.

The head might be the right 1/6 size, could be that she has broad shoulders and the body they used was the same as the Black Widow ones without broad shoulders

That's kinda why I hope they make these figures in scale at times. I mean...Paul Bettany is the tallest member of the cast and he's like an inch taller or maybe even the same height...or even taller than Hemsworth and I think it's a tad odd if he's the same height as say, Steve. I mean, yeah I get it's the "default" 1/6th scale height but I do wish Iron Man was at the right height. And at least you can someone change the heights of figures as long as you can switch out the ankle pegs. Again, me with my damn proportions. XD

That's why I've started waiting for those images to come out over the initial ones. Sometimes the promo pictures do nail it, but the Secret Base ones really show a closer representation of what you'll be getting. There are just some odd touch-ups done to the promo pictures that tend to do more harm than good. I was going to pass on Hawkeye, as something just seemed off, until I saw Secret Base's shots.
