Plan on snipping the hood etc as others have recommended.

I snipped mine years ago but IIRC there's literally just a couple of threats under the backside of the hood that you need to snip, it's nothing extensive or anything.

Out of every sequel trilogy figure released, this guy is definitely the coolest in my opinion. My favorite look for Kylo. Had it a few years back, may pick it up again. It's not too pricey on the aftermarket.

Please don't mind the sleeves and cape mod (I have this weird phobia to ribbed stuff )
I did a body swap to TROS Kylo to accommodate TLJ HS and helmeted head to improve my TFA Kylo.
To me now he looks miles better than the stock, more proportionate next to TROS Rey and Phasma.

If anyone is interested:
1) Body - TROS Kylo
2) Inner shirt and pants - TROS Kylo
3) Boots - TROS Kylo
4) Belt - TFA Kylo (more shiny)
5) HS and Helmeted Head - TLJ Kylo (my favorite HS and the helmeted head has more articulation)
6) Hands - TROS Kylo
7) Lightsaber - TROS Kylo
8) Tunic and robe - TFA Kylo

Yes the TLJ HS and Helmet are compatible with the TROS body.

Forgot I did this years ago, but thought I'd share if anyone is as nitpicky as me...

I didn't like how the HT Kylo cloak/shawl was boxier than it is in the movie. His is uneven, but mostly hangs over on his right side. The stock HT one if you were looking at Kylo from the front covers the space under both his arms and looks almost like just a short regular cape.

You can adjust this by snipping the threads for the whole cloak and moving side to side, but I went a step further.

Here is the back of the default cloak:

I cut the piece on the far left off and then super glued or sewed (i don't remember it was a long time ago), it so that the edge meets with where that first top flap lays makes a point, underneath the first "flap"/layer of the cloak so it points down. I don't think I moved any other pieces. But for me it made a huge difference.

Here's what the back of mine looks like below for comparison, and a front pic.

You can still see it on the left like in the movie, but it's a lot closer IMO

Is there any EASY way to get the Ben Solo head sculpts from TLJ or TROS to work with this VII Kylo Ren figure? Or is there a really good and comparable custom head sculpt out there on Ebay perhaps that is compatible?
