Why is it still in cinemas over 5 months after release? Movies these days seem to be gone in a couple of months. They're just trying to push it to make that 700 million mark

So looking forward to this figure. Would have preferred Okeyo, especially after Infinity Wars -- great fight scene with her, Black Widow and Scarlet Witch vs. Proxima Midnight. I really hope Shuri dons the Black Panther mantle in Avengers 4, until T'Challa comes back that is.

I was shocked to see this as well, since this movie has been on DVD for a couple of months now. Great milestone. I hope BP2 can live up to this incredibly high bar.

Depends on whether BP2 is great movie and/or people view it as an event like WW etc. again. I'd rather have had Okoye - but can't think HT won't make her. Imagine the costume takes some work re producing in 1/6 scale and/or she'd be a holiday release *groan* $$$$$$.

Yeah, I liked the dynamics between Okoye and BW and that fight scene. Now I think I need the next SW too IF they release her. Think Okoye is a better bet tho. Surprised she wasn't at SDCC.

Anyway Shuri, Bucky seem to have gotten big positive response so IMO HT should listen.

Shuri will be released. I’m writing this here and now so I can refer back to when I found out about the big BP merchandising push from Marvel/Disney to all their “partners”.

Sometimes you just want to see it on the big screen or maybe you have little kids and finally have a date night and just want to watch the movie without interruptions. Could be lots of reasons.

I have gone watched old movies rereleased in theaters that i own and have watched more times than i can count just to see it on a big screen.

Exactly! Theaters will play old movies and newish movies all the time. Anniversaries for popular titles show up constantly.
