Well they have the overall facial shape right.

The hairline is fine - I love how Yulli really nailed that - Bale's parting to his right has been brought down to a 2 blade. It's very obvious in all stills from the film and she nailed it here...that was one thing that bugged me with McFarlane's Jack figure,it was just a generic sculpt when Matthew Fox's hairline was all over the place.

The costume looks great.

The goatee looks accurate.

It's just the eyes are off...the pupils are too big inside the eye or something...like a Betazoid's eyes on Star Trek. I need more pics.

I bet a coat could be found on ebay. A shirt and pants too but that tie and vest is gonna be the kicker.

I need to watch that movie again. There may be an easier outfit to get together. I really like that look in the pic though.

Best bet would be getting any waistcoat, bleaching it out and handpainting the desired design.

That looks great but looks nothing like Bale IMO. Well at least from that angle anyway.

both of the other pics look great. Maybe that was just a bad pic or maybe it depends on the angle on if it looks like him. I'm still getting this

that's looking really good, I bet that HT will keep on tweaking the sculpt until it is perfect and we will all be amazed by the great level of detail and paint apps.

Looks good. His cheek bones should be more pronounced, and the facial hair is too neat and too full.
