The improved shoulder articulation along with the suit and the diecast shield is a nice improvement but a pass for me none the less. Since they got BW and this out, the next 3 will be the trio I'll be picking up.

The rehashing from Hot Toys is getting out of control! There really is no need for this particular version to re-release just because it is in the new movie as well.

This is definitely an improvement over TFA suit, though I don't really like his facial expression, and I wish HT included two shields, a clean and BD one.

^ Upgrade.. maybe arm articulation wise, but that's it. :lol

Just a general comment, but the first figure is excellent - & unless one wants a 'Winter Soldier' specific version of the soldier suit, this is just lackey bait. :huh

I'm still debating getting this or the first avengers one . The articulation is terrible on the original pushing me towards this . I'm not really that crazy about either to be completely honest . This one lacks a lot of stuff .

I think it all depends on price. For 189, it's not bad. For 230, I can see people passing since it's bare bones. However, since this says promo edition, we might get another edition that has a few more goodies. But even if it's just this, I'm still on board. I can definitely see why many would pass, though.

Hopefully it won;t go over $200
because it is not worth over $200
No accessories beside shield
Hot Toys is very stingy with accessories lately

I really do like this suit . I love light blue color . I was not a fan of the avengers ( New England patriot) look. Ill be on board if it's under 220 . The die cast shield will push this up .

For Avengers 2, we are getting an evolution of the Avengers 1 suit, golden age or the Stealth one?Any Guess?

I can see there are a lot of differences, but certainly not different enough of a look or a significant amount of "improvements" to make me want to bite. Guess this is good if you don't have the TFA version

Actually the original looks better.

I tend to agree... don't love the half aggressive expression on this one and he looks too bulky.

I like that more articulated shoulder! Should make for better poses. Will the die-cast shield need spraying too?

not to be a party pooper, im trying so hard to like what I see, but accessory wise it sucks... 1 shield, 1 head, and just hands? I understand its a promo for the movie but dont we want more? considering its gonna be around the 200-229 mark?

LOL, Thor is pretty much the same thing except he comes w/ a cloak

What does the "Movie Promo Edition" mean? Is his "pointing finger" hand the "trigger finger" hand again?
