Does anyone still know of the DC Direct street date is Dec 9th? I'm tired of not having this in my collection

I'm waiting very patiently for mine, right now my mind is on more important things but by the time december 9 comes, I'll be excited. I'd be extremely pissed if I see that the arrival date is changed and delayed to January. Is it true that the PERS head ears aren't painted white? and is there any chance that someone has a tribute heath ledger card with corrected word spelling?

The DC Direct date is definitely 12/9/09 as confirmed by my local comic shop and PREVIEWS

Based off the text next to the figure I would think if HT made a name plate it would simply state:

THE JOKER
POLICE OFFICER VERSION

This is the best pic of the Police officer version I have seen.
I've always seen some errors on futzing it right, but this: collar and tie perfect, shoulders perfect, clothes fitting perfect, hat sitting on his head perfect, he holds the gun perfect. Very well done mate

I've purchased my DX for two days ago and thought of selling the Police version, but after seeing this pic, I don't know anymore if I should do this. It looks perfect v!
