Hey Guys, I'm starting to feel bummed out about the wait for this figure. I bought it from an Asian seller on pre-order back in July from ebay - thinking he'd be one of the first to get shipments. I just saw at my local comic book shop here in Melbourne Australia that they have the Joker in-stock. To add insult to injury, the retail price is $10 cheaper than what I paid for it ($260 AUD including shipping). Man that sucks. The good news is, this figure has been paid for and hopefully will be arriving before the end of the year. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I PAY FOR A PRE-ORDER, PERIOD. There are always delays on product, and usually the figure ends up cheaper in the first month or so of hitting the main market than it is on pre-order. Lesson learned.

Sorry for the rant. Thank you to all the freaks that have been posting wonderful photos of this amazing figure, I really can't wait to get mine

Never buy a pre-order on eBay, because by the time the figure is out, the seller could have done a runner with your money, and you can't do ???? about it because PayPal only covers you for 45 days.

Btw, if you paid more than AUD$260 for a pre-order in July, you got ripped off dude! I paid AUD$280 on eBay the day it was released........and got it five days later!

$260 AUD is lot of money, but back in July our dollar was so low (75c to the US$1), and I grabbed the best deal I could at the time. In hindsight, I should of waited for it's release... should've, would've, could've...

This figure was supposed to drop in August. I always buy pre-orders from reputable ebay sellers, but there's always a risk. It's just been such a long wait - contacted seller last week and should be shipping this week. I'm sure it will be worth the wait

Of course it will be worth the wait!

Just, no matter how reputable the seller is (even the super fantastic ones), something might happen where they may go out of business and you could find yourself with no way to contact them. You're then out of pocket by hundreds of dollars. Pre-orders on eBay are always very risky, but if you must, wait until you see it released here or at Toy Hunters' FB page, then grab a PO before all the prices get jacked up.

Plus if you wait a bit, the dollar may go up, like it is now.

Has anybody tried to remove the clips holder from the back of the Led stand? It was hard to insert and now it's impossible to remove.

I had the same problem,I tugged on the stand,and wiggled the stand back and forth until the stand came loose.

Yeah.. he used a normal Hot Toys TDK stand and then printed out a sticker to go over the original name plate.

Nah. If I remember right, I think vodoun used a Bank Robber Joker stand. Could be wrong. So it's the same stand that comes with BR Joker (or whatever HT TDK MMS figure) and he just modified the name plates. He made two other custom nameplates for his Two-Face and Harvey Dent figures as well.

This is the only stand that comes with the DX Joker:

It doesn't come with one of the regular black stands.
