looking good mokney!
I thought about putting it in my custom thread, but I wanted more people to see it, lol. :lol I be sure to post any further pics there.
arfff..very nice...
arfff?
Yeah i think the shape of the chin along the bottom is very good, but the distance from chin to scars/lips is too narrow, that area needs to be a little bigger
Hummm....
"arghlll"?
Actually looking at the above pic, i think the length of the head, top to bottom is fine, but the lips/scars should be moved a little further up vertically, closer to the nose, that will correct both the nose to lips distance as well as nose to chin.
This is good reference in general and also for what i'm talking about, it also illustrates how little that scar curling up actually goes up. I think we kind of perceive it to be longer because of the extreme facial expressions heath makes in the mob scene for example, which kind of drag the scar upwards as he speaks or smiles:
That's actually one of the photos I referenced, and have corrected the scar/lips and a few other things too. I should have some new pictures up this evening. I've also repainted his face to match the 'interrogation room scene'. Thanks.
Here are some shots of the head I'm making. Still needs a lot of work, but you can see the direction it's going in. Which I hope is a good one seeing as how this is the first time I've sculpted anything this small.
I'm just doing this for fun, but let me know what you guys think.
Hehehe... Just a french onomatopoeia, Mag! You see, like "arghlll" or "huh?" or "damn!"
... Don't worry, I do not think that darkchewi has the rabies... Just out of puff by wonderment.
i congratulate you for knowing the word onomatopoeia, and for spelling it correctly, even though your first language is French.
Not to be pedantic, but "whoosh" is onomatopoeia where I believe "arrrgh" is not. It needs to be a proper English word that sounds like the action it describes rather than an interpretation in letters of a sound that one makes in a certain situation.
