I'd like to see a nurse joker. One without joints etc. That'd pretty kick arse. If they do make another purple suited one the better put the little hidden blade in the joker shoes or else!!

A question here, hope to find some advice from the veterans.

For the Honor Guard / Cop / Police Joker, what will The Best TT body. Did some research and found it could be either TTM-14/16/18 (I know its not out yet, but dunno if it would really be worth the wait). I personally like TTM-16 as it has the 'extra thigh muscles' which I feel will fill out the trousers better. , just my guess. Looking forward to your advice / suggestions! Also, which is the best place where I can get a good price: eBay / For Sale/Trade / other sites?

There are many figures who've come with an assload of accessories while keeping the price down. T-1000 is one of the more recent that comes to mind.

That is very true, that one slipped my mind which brings up another good question: Why do some HT figs come with an @$$ load of accessories and extra outfit/sculpt while others might not come with half of that but have a bigger price tag? Is it based on popularity of the character or is it a licensing thing?

You have to use the Narrow Shoulder Truetype Hot Toys body for the Police Joker - The clothes were tailored for that body - The Advanced Body is too big and the Slim is too small .

in those aspects, I do love the DX figures b/c I'm one who constantly changes poses and goes through all the accessories. I love more accessores so I feel like I got my monies worth and I use those accessories to their fullest

and I love their big elegant styled boxes. Better than a plain shoe box style IMO

Yeah the elegant boxes are awesome but I just feel when it comes down to it I can go without it. The DX name comes with a DX price. Yeah but I do love the Joker DX box.

I cant speak on the other two but the narrow shoulder is the one I own and many others and that looks perfect to me. I dunno what it looks on the other two unless I saw it and didnt realize it

I really like the PERS . . . given the choice between PERS and a whole bunch of accessories, I personally would take PERS in most cases. I think the PERS really makes the DX Joker and Batman figures. Both of those characters' eyes really make a big impact on the character's looks. I'm really disappointed with the issues people have with the Joker though . . . I really want to get that figure, but with the current prices I don't want to buy something with an inherent defect. Really hoping to see a re-release of the DX joker with fixed PERS without the cop stuff.

I feel like I could do without it on Indy though, and I wasn't too sad not to see it on Cap.

Meh............. PERS is Over Rated IMO - The constant breaking of the system on fellow Freaks DX Jokers .

Don't get me wrong i love my Joker and his PERS but if there wasn't so many cases of it breaking then my opinion of it would be different

Yeah there isn't many cases of the Bats or Bruce having that problem , at least not here on the Freaks but IDK about the rest of the world Plus the DX Bruce Lee hasn't been out that long so maybe thats why we haven't heard of any broken PERS cases yet

Could be anything from popularity to licensing fees/likeness fees, etc. Maybe a certain aspect of the build is costlier to produce than other figures. Some likenesses are more expensive to procure than others. Arnold would command more money for his likeness than say Michael Biehn. It could also be popularity too. The T800 will always sell more than the T1000, so packing the T100 with more accessories makes him more appealing. Then there's Superman who, in order to acquire the Reeve likeness, has a decent donation to the Reeve Foundation built into the price of every figure (otherwise I suspect he would've been priced more like Thor).

Yeah I think you hit it on the nose really. That T-1000 figure had as much accessories as a figure could have imo. I thought it was gonna be much more when I first saw the promo pics. It actually turned out to be one of the most affordable one in recent memory. I got mine for $135 when it first came out

Agreed but I dont have a trillion dollars for Joker clothes! I dont think i could throw down that much even if I did have the cash,thats where I draw the line. But I do appreciate the workmanship and creativity it took him to make those. True talent.

I am using the first one, but the last one is the identical body and might be easier to find now.

The middle one would probably work fine too, but the shoulders are slightly wider.




[Edit] Actually I'm using the Narrow Shoulder that came out before the first one above. But they are all the same as long as it says "Narrow Shoulder". They just have different head-sculpts.
