When was their site hacked, I order my BR Joker from them last October, no problems. Pre-ordered MMS DX 01 Joker few weeks ago, no problems still. I called them about the item and it's release and pricing multiple times, and they never mentioned any problem. I think their all cleared with that mess.

I then nudged the link when Casper posted his GREAT photoshop job and Germaine replied:

'no worries...we have read your comments and we are doing modifications on the costume! We'll make new announcement to keep you guys updated!'

It was hacked a few months back in a small wondow of time. I think alot of the people who got hit pre-ordered DCUC wave 7. I was one of them, but I got it all straightened out. It also wasn't CSC fault, it was the company who processed their credit cards. Everything is apparently ok now, but I can understand people being wooried about it.

Like NotDolls said their site was vulnerable for a short amount of time when they switched over to their new website layout.

It affected me in late March. But yeah I guess it's all ok w/them. I haven't checked out their site since.

Did it affect you because you paid by Credit Card and decided to have it charged once the item arrived? For me I paid by sending a check and had them charge it once they got it. For this new figure I paid by credit card and had them charge that as well. The payment cleared. Would I still have to worry?

If your CC number is stored on their site, then yes. But it sounds like they were hacked when they upgraded their site.

I'm still not sure if I should not be concerned. The payment clear when I called them to just charge my credit card payment and not hold it until the item releases. But I had them charge it before the final price of the figure was given, and they said they'll give me a refund check of the amount that was not included in the final price when the item is shipped.

WTF, some guy has this on ebay for $69 US buy it now? And he doesnt mention it's just the single figure or anything. Has it listed under police, and only pics of that, but information says it includes everything, like, it would appear he's selling the lot for that

If you used a credit card with them at all recently (in the past year I'd say) then I think you are in danger of being hacked.

The price on the site or the price in your order went down, because with BBTS, doesn't matter what the product page price says, it's what your order states. I placed my PO there at $149.99 and it still shows that even though it's priced more for others now, which is why I had put it in early on to lock in a good price. Check your order specifically, if your order price is $10 more than the current product price, you might want to cancel the first order and place a new one.

When I got Takara Batman from BBTS, I got it at the starting price and it was honored even though orders placed in the weeks after were for higher prices as the cost went up.
