My brother actually got a real autograph production photo of ledger as the joker. the only photo at the time that he could sign when he was alive. But anyway, he tells me the picture of the dinner was actually the event heath signed his photo and the film rescue dawn was about to premiere.

Sorry I don't I can ask him for it, but I'm just saying that picture with bale and ledger in the dinner, my brother told me that that was the event that heath was able to sign the a joker production photo.

I take it you mean that scarring is part of the healing process, vis-à-vis one can never be freshly scarred, but freshly cut! But I know what he meant without getting into semantics.

Under normal circumstances, yes. Unfortunately this kid has rubbed A LOT of people the wrong way thus far. So this is the fall out from that.
