Seriously, though, those socks've gotta go. I took part in a pretty heated debate with one of my friends today over the socks on an action figure, of all things. I learned nothing I didn't already know, and what it all comes down to is subjectivity; is the glass half empty or is it half full? The general consensus is to cut them some slack because everything else is so good. I disagree. If they can provide us with two amazing headsculpts, incredible accessories, and a costume that, to my knowledge, is the most accurate replica available in 1/6th, what is standing in the way of them getting something as minimal as a pair of socks right?

This figure is unbelievable, and it is already a contender for figure of the year in my opinion. I just don't understand how, when they hit all of the major notes pitch perfect, something as small as the socks manages to be the one thing that slips them up. If it's fixed, fantastic. If not, well, I guess I'll have to settle for an already incredibly impressive figure. :lol

Hot Toys just doesn't care, it is all about people who will buy the product. They know if they change the sculpt and make it look good it will appeal to everyone, so everyone will buy it, not just Hot Toys fan boys who will only buy Hot Toys products even if they suck. They consider the socks an insignificant detail, so they know people who hate the socks will still buy the figure because the sculpt is good.

Don't shake your fist at me, Mr. "abs and ribs should be more separated."

:lol

Im sorry but some of you guys just take it way too seriously. Take all the fun out of collecting, and some of you need to stop bashing each other for having a different opinion. Let's all just take a breather. :peace

Oh no man, I wasnt singling anybody out, just a general comment. :peace

Ok cool, I do not mean to force people to believe me, I just can not understand why they do not see the things that me and others here see. I know it is wrong to bash people for their opinions because everyone sees things differently.

:peace

The HS looks perfect to me. Was turned off by the bulky coat at first but after watching some joker clips, it actually looks more screen accurate.

Ah yes, I'm aware of that.. Thanks for the referral. They are one-sided, I think, because the pics in that auction only show G-Wash-face up. Don't have a DX08 so I can't tell as well :slap

Need bundles & bundles of cash for my upcoming DX11. :clap

Do you want to make that mountain of cash that he sets on fire?

:lol

You guys know that your posts have popped up several FBI databases now.

Yeah guys be aware that reprinting bills, even at 1/6th scale, can be a federal offense. The only way to get around that is to alter them. Like adding text, changing the face, etc. That's how these toy companies do it.

Its a stupid thought but unfortunately its true. I read up on it when I made some for my Joker a few years ago because I was curious. Doesnt matter what size...the law covers it all.
