I didn't keep up with the thread, did the figure sell slowly? If so I wonder did HT interpret that as lack of interest rather than it being down to the figure just not being as good as it could have been.

Not sure, really. Its still in stock in some places, so Id assume it probably didnt sell well enough. Wether HT considers that as a loss and wont see another one is yet to be seen. I always saw the Indy release as a "One and Done" deal any way, so thats why I bought two to convert one into a ToD version. Just in case HT doesnt do another one, Im good.But if they do, Ill gladly upgrade.

IMO, I think the figure itself, in hand, is a lot better than any photos Ive seen of him. Is it as good as it could have been, no, but for a 1:6 Indy right out of the box, its the best one so far. Id say if you can get him less than retail, and if you are a fan of Indy and have been on the fence, Id say pick him up, and if you are still not happy with what you get in hand, then you can always turn around and sell him and at least get your money back. But more often than not I see those that pick him up end up liking what they get. Most. Not all.

It could have been better, I wont argue that. But Im happy I have him on my shelf. Alot better than what was out there before (excluding customs)

Id think the DX08 Nicholson version would look good next to the SS Harley,but why not just go with the SS Joker if you are planning on getting Harley?

Yeah I think the best complementary piece would be the SS Joker, which looks stunning IMO.
