I saw the actual figure last night at a local store on display (it wasn't for sale). Didn't get to snap a quick pic but I got one from the store's Fb page.

The figure looks very impressive in person, both headsculpts amazed me. I think the long coat doesn't look that bad, but I find the shirt and vest look more impressive and sharp.

The table accessory makes a good display. And the backdrop-- I wasn't expecting it to look as nice. Love the material used for the windows. Has anyone who's got in in-hand tried if the backdrop fits a standard detolf? I'm not sure but I think it looks a bit wide for a detolf shelf.

COngrats to everyone who's got this on PO. Great figure :clap

I thought someone said you need to trim the background to get it to fit the Detolf but I could be wrong.

It was asked awhile ago but I never saw any answer...but is the backdrop actually 2-sided? or is the interrogation all there is?

Looks fantastic. The diorama is an impressive enough size. Is there no floor in it though?

Im pretty sure its just the walls. No flooring.

Not 100% sure but I did see a pic of the backdrop folded and it was just a black back ground.

Yup, I think there are no floors, just walls, but they're nicely made :)

Also, it's just one-sided as previously mentioned. Here's another photo where a bit of the other side can be seen:

The specs say its a double sided dio but pretty sure its just the interogation room. I picked up a xtra background for cheap so wont know until this finaly arrives ,which almost seems like forever until we get him.

HT apologist answer: They didn't lie. It is double-sided. They just never said there'd be anything on the other side :lol

To be honest, I'm kind of glad it isn't double sided. It'd be weird to have the interrogation room set up, and then see parts of the kitchen, or city streets, on the outside every time you walk by, and vice versa. That being said, it would've been neat if they included the "outside" of the interrogation room, with windows and everything.

:rotfl Here's a pic of their first mock-up, but it blew their mind:

Just spent half an hour messing about with the various joker releases, I reckon nearly everything in this set looks better than the previous incarnations with one exception, the trousers. The DX01 thin legged trousers whilst maybe less accurate look way better when put on this release.

When you say the DX01 ones look way better do you mean they fit better than the Joker 2.0 ones? I would not think it matters that much since he is suppose to be sitting or lying down in the interrogation room. Plus if you have the coat on you can't really see the pants anyway. :dunno

Looks like they are using the DX01 body and clothes for the laughing sculpt or is it just the lighting?

The clothes on the laughing sculpt have very dull colors and look more bulkier than what we have seen for the Joker 2.0. So I think you are right about the laughing head being put on the DX01 clothes and body.

Its frustrating the way you can't guarantee that later stuff will be entirely better than older stuff. And thus if you sell the older stuff early you might be in for a disappointment when you eventually get the new.

Yeah, it kinda makes seller the older sets a lot harder, something I thought about with this, but i'm glad i didn't.

The DX01 trousers look more fitted than the DX11, look much better IMO.
I'm not posing my joker in the interrogation room, looks great in detolf but not my style of display.

No floor, 3 pieces of good quality card with separate velcro fasteners which allows you display it with two sides in Detolf, or with an extra fold 3 sides. The windows/mirrors, are black glossy plastic inserts.

Fits perfectly (with a hidden fold on the back wall). No cutting needed.

So I spent a bit of time futzing up the coat. I fixed the lapels as best I could, made them irregular as per the screen coat (a look I love). I steam pressed it (becareful, not for the faint hearted) and got the shoulders squarer as well. And weathered the hell out of it, hard to see here except for the white make-up on the collar, iphone pic I'm afraid. I dirtied up the shoes. This is all DX11 except for the pants (DX01 with gold chain attached) and the head obviously. I will get some decent pics later...
