I think the sculpts and paints represent the interrogation scene, but also adds the coats and weapons.

Well the laughing is clearly 100% interrogation.

The regular sculpt is definitely based on the interrogation scene expression and hair-length wise.
The paint seems to be a mish-mash of different parts of the film. The lower part is as messy as the interrogation, but the forehead is much cleaner.

I also think EB's sculpt is based in the Mob scene, my favourite look in the film. Just wish there were more behind the scenes shots of Nolan with Heath, makeup making of's etc.
