How long did it take hot toys to finish there head sculpt? It was over a year after they released the first teaser, and they're a company with infinite resources compared to Adam who's running an operation pretty much by himself.

Regardless there are quite a few custom sculpts available for a fraction of that cost. Truthfully the sculpt he did is okay and I'm not trying to take anything away from his work but I don't think it's so much better than Hot Toys' and certainly not thousands of dollars worth. Just my opinion.

No point in arguing about it. Like posted before, it's the same with cars. Some people settle for a volkswagen while others will pay top dollar for a lamborghini. At the end of the day, they're both just cars to get you from point A to point B.

Hot Toys has been tied up with Avengers and Iron Man. Joker 2.0 was a lower priority.

How early do you have to catch them to have this done? I've requested a hold before when my package arrives in town and they tell me I need to wait one more day...

Got mine today and first time ordered through Sideshow. Awesome figure but boy is this baby pricy for Canadians. $275 + $45 (Shipping fee) + $10 (Sideshow extra care packaging box) + 50 (Fedex Fees/Customs) = $380. Ouch!

$60 tops for me. Some of the custom prices are so laughable it isn't even funny really.

Got mine today. Loving it so far. The reg sculpt is great. The jacket is a real head scratcher. Why did they go with type of material? It layers great but it is still fuzzy in person.

Some are happy with a cheap Honda Civic ****box and some are happy with a million dollar Ferrari.

I wouldn't call this sculpt from HTs a cheap Honda Civic if that's what you mean. Is it the best ever? Obviously not. But it is very good.
