Geeeeeez since that teaser of that Card wth the Joker Card 2.0

It's been over a year

After getting the 1/4 BD T-800, I couldn't afford to pick this guy up...which has been a real killer since I love how he turned out.

I couldn't bring myself to buy another Joker in its entirety since I have every other HT one...that being said, I'm buying some parts off ebay mainly the accessories and the laughing head (which should be arriving soon!)

I would also like to get the new PERS head since the DX 01 broke on me...does it seem to hold up better this time around?

THIS is wonderful. In this pic, I actually REALLY like the pers sculpt. I still like the laughing one more from what I've seen of pics, but this is damn near perfect.

Hot Toys seriously irritates me with those stupid plastic snaps that they insist on using. This is the third figure where this has been an issue for me. I was opening Joker's vest to try and straighten the tie a bit and went to put the snaps back in, very carefully as I was trying not to break any. I got the top two with no problem but the piece that snaps in to the clasp on the third one broke.

Seriously I don't get why they use these. These are high end figures and using cheap crap like that is annoying. You would think they'd be able to opt for metal ones that would be a bit sturdier.

I got the vest to look good but it's just the principle of the thing. This type of thing shouldn't be happening for the price they charge for these figures.

Haha, I love the look of the dx08 & 09 I just have been trying to stick to my main interest figure wise (Nolanverse & ironman). I haven't strayed off yet as I don't want to open the floodgate of the entire world of 1/6 figures lol.

I'm really very shocked at the quality of the dx11 outfit.
I was completely sure that once you get it in hand, it won't be as nice as the original kato outfit.
The only thing to me thats still a pretty big difference is the vest.
The original vest seems to be a better material, maybe even thicker which lays nice and flat thus really giving a better fit. Also, i love the how the vest uses magnets instead of the plastic snap thingie the dx uses.

Not saying the dx11's vest isnt nice, its well made and a major upgrade compared to dx01. It's just that comparing the dx11 vs the original kato, the only significant difference I can see is the vest.
I have the kato original tie and the dx11's tie is actually better.

Actually Remy my Kato vest uses velcro.
