Mine was 'stuck' when i got mine yesterday. Just put some moderate force into it, if your careful it'll be fine, it's just stiff because of the paint i think. It's still fairly tight once it's cracked and moving

My Joker finally arrived. Overall, love it. However, the PERS is stuck. I have give it some moderate pressure and the eyes just won't budge. At all. I don't want to force it and risk breaking the whole thing. I know some others have had this issue. Is there a solution, bar sending it all back again?

No solution other than fiddling with it. Wiggle it back and forth. If it's broke, it's broke..you want to find that out now so you can get a replacement. I highly doubt it's broke though. Apply more pressure.

Ah. Yes, it does feel exactly as though it's been painted over. Thanks for that. I will do some more jiggling. I am loathe to break this damned thing that I have been waiting since September for. Here goes.

I was a bit apprehensive at first but just slowly keep applying pressure either to the left or right and it'll just almost make a snapping sound and you'll be able to move it.

Ah. Yes, it does feel exactly as though it's been painted over. Thanks for that. I will do some more jiggling. I am loathe to break this damned thing that I have been waiting since September for. Here goes.

Just push it to one side and if you're pushing hard and it still isn't budging then it's broke. It only took 2 tries and i didn't have to push it really hard.

Just give it some force man if it's broke it's broke, you'll have to send it back regardless

Well, I sent a pre-emptive email to the retailer, just in case I did break it. I have been jiggling in earnest for a good 15 minutes. Up, down, side to side, all with moderate pressure. But, way hay! It has just loosened. I now have a probably permanent divet in my thumb, but I also have working PERS.

Thats why I said patience. I got that same response and they offered me a refund or the replacement box later on if I got on a wait list. I obviously chose the latter

thats bullsiht, even i got mine sometime back with ripped corners, they kept offering me 35$ or full refund for which i would have lost my customs duty charges of around 100$
I paid 10$ for pack out for a mint box, 13$ extra for shipping because of the packout and customs duty nearly 100$,.total around 420$! and they offered me 35$ in store credit which i finally accepted after couple of months to and fro mailing
I only accepted because I decided to sell it here in India locally for a little loss , maybe just getting to keep the reward points being the only bonus
I accepted the credit only today about 15 hours and few hours later u get the mail, cant believe they are dishonest considering how much money we spend on their products, I think i send my complaint around April 20 and accepted the offer for credit on May 30.thats how long they have been lying

Got my joker today, such an awesome figure .
I quickly put the interrogation up, as my other DX11 will be replacing the DX01 clothes and body next week. so i didn't want to get it too much into a pose i like, or else i wouldn't wanna move it.

Its a strange figure to take a photo of. As people have mentioned the jacket comes out looking different Also his eyes, one almost looks wonky but in person they are perfectly aligned.

(Anyone in the UK need a DX01 outfit + body then hit me up i'll be flogging it next with multiple DX11 items.)
