Just back from seeing Suicide Squad, and I had a ****ing blast!! No clue why critics are trailing this through the dirt, I can moan about the many problems of Batman v Superman all day long, rant about why I truly hate Iron Man 3, but Suicide Squad was a very fun and enjoyable film. Possibly a few small editing/paceing issues, but nothing major. A film made by a fan for the fans, just as David Ayer said. Jarred Leto is an amazing Joker, you really have no clue if he's going to kiss you or kill you, and his creepy little laughs are chilling. Loved getting to see the Harley/Joker dynamic and story play out. I really can't find anything bad to say other than I'd of liked more Joker and more Captain Boomerang, I do love Captain Boomerang. I advise everyone to go see this film, multiple times if possible so as Warners Bros shut the **** up and let DC make their movies without Warner Bros breathing down DC's neck and meddling. Not to compare it to Marvel but, this is like Guardians of the Galaxy, a fan making a film they enjoy so fans and new comers alike can enjoy it. I personally loved having interesting villains in a film that wasn't Loki, sorry Marvel but your doing a ****** job with you villains that aren't in a Netflix series. The villains get backstories, development and yes some are more fleshed out than others but everyone still brings something to the group. Bring on a second Task Force X outing and roll on Wonder Woman. You can do this DC, build your world and continue to make it crazy. The New Gods are going blow people's minds come Justice League!!

I'm getting a Harley, maybe Hot Toys will make other versions, but I'm sweet with the one on pre order ATM. And I have rewards points waiting for the silver jacket Joker. Only other figure I'd get would be a Captain Boomerang, but I can't see that happening.

I think this will be the only joker I get. I'd like the head from the purple coat joker but I really like how this one looks.

The story was Waller wanted to put a team of bad guys together, she did, it backfired, and she covered her butt by using them to clean up her mess.

They are making a group for bad people (maybe vs a bad superman) but if you have seen the movie, then you know there was no enemy. But though there was no enemy they still urgently needs a team.

Why didnt she let batman handel it all? or wonder woman.

You let bad guys free for a mission, and then but them back in their cells, and then the group is removed at the end of the movie.

Also The joker is more like a loverboy then a Joker as we know the joker. I mean a joker who only can thinking about Harley? common for real?

well if they let join this joker to Justice League then i hope that they will make him more like THE JOKER, and not as a loverboy type.

It was all about Waller covering her tracks. She wasn't very happy meeting with Bruce at the end, so calling Batman in to clean up her mess wasn't an option for her. They were the clean up squad. It wasn't her ideal use for the squad but they are what she had to work with to keep her plans as secret as possible.

Hard to say if Joker loves Harley or if he is just so selfish he doesn't want anyone else having his "property." That scene with Common at the beginning was there for a reason. Harley's jacket labels her as Joker's property after all.

If I get this version of the Joker, it would be this one. I hope it comes with the guns and double holster though. I wanted him with a purple coat to match my other figures but I don't like the shorts and leggings. The tailoring on this isn't very good though so I hope they work that out. Otherwise my reaction to this Joker is very meh. I don't know if that's the movie's fault or Leto's fault. I'd like to see another director use him in something else.

After writing that I came across a list of the sevens that didn't make the final cut and scenes that got changed. Most of us will be able to tell what got cut as its in the trailers. One scene in particular was cut even though it was the first set photo that got out. The scen was Harley pre acid vat holding a gun to Joker before he back hands her and then they kiss. People are talking about the fact that Joker loves Harely in the theatrical cut and it was nice to see, but the original intent was for the classic abusive relationship. Plus they had more backstory for Killer Croc and a little more Captain Boomerang. Joker did have the most cut and that changed the tone of the film from dark to fun, which is what Warner Bros wanted after all the complaints about BvS being too dark.

Wow that flashed by so quickly I didn't even notice it was this scene. I'd still like to see the full scene with the dialogue. After the scene with them in the club I'll take all the messed up interactions between them I can get. Both Leto & Robbie were fantastic, like watching a DC animated movie.
