That's fair enough, for me though I'm impatient and tbh I think if I were still waiting for Loki in October the buzz to get him would of gone completely for me by that point

exactly what happened with me took so long when i finally got it, my interest had gone and i sold it within a week. I have started using sideshow more now and HK if the price is right. I still use UK sellers for the odd pre order,mainly lee at cdirect.

Amazing how every one loved loki when it was released...now everyone hates it.

I still love mine. I'm sure people will hate on this new figure years from now when Loki makes another movie appearance and HT makes yet another figure of him.

It's important to me to save where I can, so I understand someone waiting if they can get a solid deal on the price.


I just got my Loki as a gift a few weeks ago, and it was well worth the wait. At this stage in my life, I have a pretty good handle on what I will and won't lose interest in.

Yeah, but you forget that my income is officially £0, if I want to continue to collect then price makes a massive difference. I'd definitely rather wait a few months and get stuff half price. Once it's on the shelf it's generally there for years so a couple of months wait (which up until recently is the most it has been) doesn't really make much difference as I don't feel a need to be the first to have things.

Can't wait for this guy to go up for pre-oreder.

I passed on the Avenger's version so I'll be glad to get another shot at Loki.

Now here's hoping they give us new versions of Hawkeye and Fury. Still kicking myself for passing on them.

What sculpt, outfit and promo pics are you referring to?

the teaser shows loki. the promo pics that follow will most likely show the new outfit, but will they show the actual sculpt? past history with other teasers and promo pics have shown that they won't.

my statement comments on how the actual sculpt and final product are never shown even when the figure goes on sale. it's a blind order until in-hand pics surface.

I like that last statement of yours! It's taken me years to figure out my fluctuating tastes, but at this stage of the game, I kinda feel like I know what will hold and what is just a passing fad for me.

after watching the movie, i don't know what accessories a new loki fig would come..expecting a newly improved and crazy likeness hs..and if ht were to make the throne, i guess they would make it seperate maybe like the hall of armor

Avengers Loki is amazing, highly detailed clothing, awesome haeadsculpt.
After seeing the movie twice, I am certain hot toys can do 2 loki figures.
But also, Malekith, dark elf, Heimdall and a newer Odin.

I have the figure...and love it...just reading a lot of posts saying it has a pin head...doesn't look like the actor...to bulky etc etc....am surprised that's all.
