Or more accurate. Could you imagine the backlash HT would recive if the second wave had a taller body and more accurately scaled and sculpted head and bio.

here's to HOPE.:lol
the silver lining we're looking for is they do what they did with their batman franchise. <----sucks to be first batch/test subjects

Better late than never but we should not get our hopes up yet until it's confirmed. Crosses fingers.

If HT is indeed making fixes to the next batch, I hope they make the head a little bigger, fix the dreads and use the prototype height. That will make everyone happy.

Just got an e-mail from my seller:

So maybe Hot Toys will improve the Berserker in the next batches. I don't have to much hope but they might do it.

nope not going to happen. Its the same process for each figure that gets released.

Thats what I thought. But I think its the least they could do when the figure clearly isn't as big as they made a point of advertising.

Maybe you should put the red line on the actual top of the P1 head?:wink1:

If you look closely you will see the very top of his head is black on a black background.
Also the PI head in the pro to comparison is more tilted which is another height discrepancy.

So I am still not convinced that this one is shorter than advertised or definitely not as drastic as some are making out.

The the teeth are quite different but over all I think he is a rocking figure!!:clap

Edit: it does look like the torso is a tiny bit shorter though.

True it is false advertising. But as you can see plenty of collectors don't even care about the height because it still looks good. As long as a big proportion of customers think like this Hot Toys has no reason to change. If you don't like it please speak with your wallet and cancel the figure, I did the same after the Batman DX fiasco. I used to be a big Hot Toys supporter but when they started treating customers like this I just gave up.

What really makes me laugh is Hot Toys having the balls to say "yes it is smaller but it is still taller than the classic predator" :lol What if they made it 12" and said "yes it is small but it still looks cool."

Actually, the Berserker Predator collectible figure is taller than our Classic Predator collectible that we announced earlier. However, it is normal for the products to have slight reduction in the proportion in the production process. And there may be slight discrepancy in calculating the size from prototype to final products this time, resulting in slight difference between the size of prototype and final products of Berserker Predator collectible, which we are sorry about that.

:slap:slap

C'mon Hottoys.. the Berserker Torso has been redone deliberately, and this is not a mistake... So, enough lies, because we were not born yesterday :gah::gah: (I would bet this is for saving money with Berserker production, using less PVC..)

The truth is that i'm still happy with the actual Berserker height but I hate cheap excuses and lies. :lecture

Maybe, Berserker is more accurate now in scale and proportions comparing him with the film character, but I feel disappointed because I expected a "Real massive Predator" as HT promised :dunno

Anyways.. My Berserker has been shipped today by priority mail and .. according with the tracking number Royce has arrived Spain today too, but I do not expect to be delivered until Monday :clap

There is no way that they will fix all the complaints in the next batches . the toys are already done , they are only releasing it little by little , still looks good , but not as good as it was supposed to be

Glad to hear that about the joints ,and great pics too OMG! :goodpost:

Could you please upload a pic showing the max knee range of motion ??
I'm very concerned about this...and assume the knee joints have a poor range :(

How is the hip joint?. I mean, is ball jointed like the standard TT and the older predators or is a different kind of joint??
And finally: Is the torso made of hard plastic ( PVC) or soft rubber ??

Thanks dude!:wink1:

:panic: I quote myself again: :panic:

Please, OMG if you're reading this!!::pray:
Could you post a pic showing the knee range of motion??
And the other questions too!!:wink1:

Thanks bro!

Single joint knee have been seen on Perseus figure.... don't expect much expect much motion from them.......

Yup Bandito..

It's a damn Single pin joint, and I really do'nt expect too much range of motion .. but I need to check if at least reaches or exceeds 90 degrees... :dunno

Oh, the hip joint, I dont think is a ball join, it can turn side way, forward and backward, Torso is hard PVC, no articalation.

Thanks for those awesome pics OMG!:wink1:

I think the hip joint has an inner ball joint, like King Leonidas (or Wolf predator).
According with your pictures the knee joints reaches about 90 degrees or so.. but I hoped something more range of motion for cool crouching stances :monkey2

The torso itself has'nt articulation (upper or inside joints) but there is at least a waist joint in order to move the torso from side to side right?? :dunno

Thanks again for the quality pics dude! :goodpost:
