Cancelled my PO not because I wanted to mind you, but money is tight and somebody had to go. On a completely unrelated note, who wants to buy one of my custom cases ? Lol

You don't know for sure. Nobody knows. I honestly doubt they will, but what if they do something? There is nothing wrong with just waiting a little. I doubt Berserker will become more expensive than the MSRP anytime soon. Even the Guardian, who is very limited, went down in prize. I remember looking on ebay at the guardian and it had bids up to $700+ when first released!!! Now, it does not even go to $300.

It's only collectors in this forums that get desperate and make it seem like if you don't get it now, you will never get it. It's still available in many stores and I saw one guy on ebay selling it for $170 shipped total!!

So jayiw, you can just either wait and see or if you don't want to risk not getting it, then get it now. But remember that patience is a virtue.

You conveniently forgot to mention Elder Predator 2, Original Predator (which is double the RRP atm) and the fact that P2 BD's go for £500.

The problem is somebody raised the possibility of a new batch with no reason to believe so, and this should not put off a potential buyer. The original poster should not worry about a new batch being released as nothing has come up that even remotely points to this happening. 95% of the people who received this figure are thoroughly happy and it is already starting to sell out at reputable dealers that have him in hand like toys2.
There is no reason to put off buying it now, if he want's it now. Hence, don't worry about the rumor mill

Good move. I have spent enough time in this hobbies to figure out what will be flipable in the future. I should have bought two of this one.

Just got mine...

-This piece is absolutely gorgeous. A real work of art.

-Light does not work, maybe it's the battery. Screw just turns and turns, seems stripped but it is down all the way. No biggie for me because I pose them, put them in the Detolf and rarely touch them after.

-Head does not seem small at all, seems just right in proportion UNLESS the mandibles are completely removed which is really funny looking.

-Had a hard time getting the blade inserted. Very tight. I hope I put it in correctly.

-Skull Spine accessory fits very loose in the hand so it's hard to get any angle type arm pose.

-Did I mentioned how gorgeous it is?

i know this has been discussed on page 506 and so forth, but the leg extensions isn't such a bad idea....doing actually brings him closer to the proto height. after seeing that pic, it looks pretty good actually and very close to the proto pic.

i know, you'll end up with 'anime' legs...but if i can do a 'middle ground', i think it'll make zerker closer to the concept of his species.

If he's taller he'll be out of scale with Royce. I am actually thankful HT decided to lower the height for what ever reason. Also if you have a Detolf he may be too tall to fit.

that may be true the zerker with be out of scale with royce...but posing him next to P1, he's supposed to tower him, because, the P1 was severely undersized to begin with. i'm more concerned with how he is supposed to look with the other preds.

the P1 is supposed to be at least 2 heads taller than arnie. arnie is like...6 ft + right? and if i'm not mistaken brody is also around 6 ft. judging by pics with both the royce and zerker figs, imo, the classic pred should be that height, and with the zerker being even bigger/taller.

all that being said, if and when they revisit the classic pred from the latest movie, technically, they SHOULD put him on the zerker body because, once again, he should be that height. and doing the ankle extensions for the zerker, imo, all will be right in this whole scale fiasco.

The ones that you mentioned have nothing to do or relate to what I was trying to explain. Even the Wolf, who has been the least popular is slowly going up in price, so I guess according to you, I conveniently also left him out.

Those have been long sold out and are far more popular than the Berserker and the Guardian Pred.

Of course the Berserker will go up in value, but not anytime soon. It is available for pre-order or is in stock in almost all the websites. There are a lot on ebay as well and that is just the first batch.

I was just trying to point out that he could either wait to see if the rumors were true for later batches or not, as I think the Berserker will not go up in price tomorrow or the coming months. If he is as desperate as most here and really does not want to risk getting it for a higher price later, then nobody is stopping him from getting it.

Nope. Didn't realize that. I haven't opened guardian yet and my berserker arrives today.

I never got the sense he was all that much taller than the reg. preds in the movie.
Most scenes were so tight you couldnt make comparisons relative to others on screen. Which begs the question:
If the super preds were in a blood feud with the reg preds why did he have what looked like 2 reg. preds helping him in the hunt?
