received berserker a couple of weeks ago and when i took him out of its box i tested the lightup feature and it worked fine, but yesterday when i wanted to turn it on again it didn't work anymore, i tried another battery but nothing

any tips guys to solve this problem?

Try pressing the battery cover while turning it on and see if it lights up, it may be making bad contact.

I have noticed that the little metal contact that touches the battery will bend down a little after you initially install the battery. You could try getting a flathead screwdriver and bending that back up a little. That way the contact will have a better connection with the battery.

This is what you need to do.
It is a problem that has been mentioned by several members.

With mine I didn't even bother testing first. I just went ahead and bent it the first time I installed the battery.

Yes, this is the solution 99% of the time.

Mine luckily worked fine right out of the box.
