Was that an actual HT head rather than a recast or something - it looks like a real one.

If HT doesn't make one I'd say you could make some money repeating that. Just an awesome job of incorporating the endoskull into the head. I was worried it wouldn't be possible with the kind of compacted dimensions of the HT head, that the endoskull parts would have to look inaccurate to get them to fit in - but not so. Smaller than the actual HT endoskeleton figure no doubt but HT heads have generally shrunk since that figure came out.

nothing will be redone as it's impossible now.
must make & hide a switcher and spoil the clothes, but it's a lot easier.

HELL YEAH!! That looks sick! Great work bro.
Those pics are really making me want to do my own.
Are you going to hide the wires though? I would make a custom diorama base for him and have the battery and switch hidden in the base, and have the wires run down under his clothes.
Again, very nice job P.!

thanks all :)
yes, i will hide the wires, battery and switcher under the jacket.
no, i won't be able to repeat it and make money. i'd pay somebody to make this one, but nobody would :)
i didn't understand a-dev about actual heads and recasts. but that's how it was:
this head uses a skull part from this head

an eye-socket border from this head

a lower jaw (turned into both upper and lower) from HT endoskeleton
and a full handmade eye.
the worst and hardest part was, i think, cutting out everything from the insides of left cheek to make the jaw flash 1 mm thick.
some progress pics.

now sell it before hot toys releases theirs and yours becomes worthless! ;)

Excellent custom, one to be proud of.
well, after the first variant... it surely is :rotfl
there are many things that an experienced person would do a lot better. but all in all i like it.
...and the robo eye looks so 3D, you cannot see it on photos in its full charm. it actually has the eyeball, the black abyss around it, the black surface behind it, 4 connectors on the eyeball and metal insides of the eye socket.
together with the V-Raptor head i have all terminator versions covered until and if HT does their own.

Well for some bizarre reason still unknown the remaining T-800 possibilities are not sure things from Hot Toys. Mental but go figure. :dunno So I think its worthwhile customising what you can.

I hear ya I'm one trench coat away from Kyle Reese 1984. I just can't take that chance.

i guess they have the same problem, seeing how they love to simply re-use old parts :slap (as with that long ugly T2 roboarm)
may be even worse - they tried, they failed and they hate the idea since then :rotfl

jayveeeusebio, thanks
i'm glad that my custom was interested to see.
=========================
finally put the V-Raptor head on a second blackjacket body. looks scary.

removing the whole (the inner fabric of the jacket, i don't know the word for it) makes the jacket softer, hollower, it suits better and looks less fat on the body.

Love it! Great pose too. :clap:clap:clap
V-Raptor does some really nice work.

V-Raptor does some really nice work.
he does really accurate and mini... no, microwork :) the wound on his head actually has layers of blood, bloody flesh, inflamed skin and normal skin. but all of them are so thin that i cannot make a photo of it :)
if only i had his golden hands and my wish for cutting and spoiling the figures together :rotfl

and so...

that's it. a replacement for my terminators version 2009 :slap

Excellent Police Shootout custom too. If HT don't finish the line you're sorted for T1. Are your Police Shootout and Battle damage 2 seperate figures or do you switch parts between the one figure?

Also - would others here be able to get work done by V-Raptor on that head to at least get an exposed endo-eye? My Police shootout bash even has the blood on the face still. Eventually I'd like to increase the ol' accuracy there.

it explains a lot :D

well you'll have to ask himself. i dunno anything about his plans. except my part in them )

Thanks, guys!

I'm so happy that you enjoin it after all, P.! ;)

And yes, the work was really micro and pretty hard, took very much time. I've tried to imitate the prop endo's eye in 6th scale as it possible. Actually there is some real "glass" in this eye made of artificial water. :) And the eye-hole is made of metal.
