Whatever one thinks about the sculpt and the paintjob SS picked a good pose and thats what I'm also going with^

If it were'nt for the gundle graber this pic would be perfect, looks like a screen grab

Its a delicate kinda pose with one foot not wholly on the ground. While I can get it to stand by itself I don't like taking the chance of a fall.

edit - or maybe it is a modified HT sculpt/recast, I'm not sure. Looks ****ing good all the same. The head at least.

Pity theres no close-up pics showcasing the head only..and compared to the stock HT one. Certainly if thats a HT head the hair has been changed, the bangs pulled off the forehead. Looks more tanned too.

Yup. Repainted too. Also look like they did something around the eyes. I wouldn't mind owning.

If it is the HT sculpt that paintjob does better at bringing out the likeness. I'm wondering though because the face, possibly in my imagination only, looks longer than the HT one....and would be better for it if it is.

this thing is really pretty bada$$, the body is from the old WWE wreslers, its not a bad look but that thing does not pose well at all, It was more of a well built action figure body meant to be played with. That head is great, I would love hot toys to put out a true type with a head like that on there muscle body and it would sell like hot cakes

Damn! You missed it. I assumed you weren't interested and were happy with what you had when I never saw you sign up - yeah Commando had a thread in the Customs Interest section. They're sold out unfortunately. I wonder could we get him to do yet another run.

And a pair for the post-eye surgery mirror scene, I didn't think of that. Think I'd just stick with 2 pairs though, one for Police Shootout, one for movie poster kitbash.

well i wasn't interested when i found out they're not transparent
i meant to take extra old HT pair without sides (they broke)
and glue the sides from extra T2 glasses
but i cannot force myself to break intact functioning T2 glasses for a long time already

If its any consolation the magazine is terrible. It was originally grey (the AR-18 from the Aoshima Endoskeleton I think) and my bright idea to make it black was to colour it in permanent black marker that not only looks like exactly what it is and not black metal - its not even true black. Its kind of purple in some light. So I need to address this and find out how to paint it properly. By the time I do HT will probably have released an official figure.

I got it early this year I think from another boardie. In fact I bought the entire figure you see above from him except the Gargoyles.
