it's a cool figure...i also think medicom nailed this piece too...since i have not seen the movie ,only the play. it's an easy pass for me..but an incredible johnny depp collectible.

Yeah, once people saw these beautiful pics of Sweeney in forums..they'll rush to get those retails ones and it will be sold out in no time.

I just ordered a second from AE. I couldn't help it. I want to make a custom of this look. Im a huge fan of the Musical and this montage was the greatest part of the film that could never be done in a stage version.

I also have some plans for the extra clothes and I can give my poor Medi a chair.

This is the closest to the movie poster/dvd case pose I have seen, but as I suspected it looks a little awkward getting his feet on the ground. He's a little too slouched.

Might not look bad if it was shot from a higher angle, but I think I prefer this look:

Looks like it was inspired by the DVD cover pic, but includes the awesome jacket and gets his body in a more natural position. I think I'd pose his heals out ever so slightly. Right up to the edge of the foot rest.

Its incredible how in some pictures he looks so angry, and in others he looks very sad. Great head sculpt

Was seriously contemplating cancelling my order since I acquired quite a few figures recently. Was hoping this would be later this year or next year. Got my 20 something day notice from SS and decided to look here before I cancel it and these pics arent helping. Grrrrrrrr.

If I do decide to keep it. I'm gonna use this same pose minus the jacket. Pretty much, like the dvd cover.

I have decided to get Jack Sparrow instead of this, but if a great deal comes up down the road I may have to pull the trigger.

There's no way I'm gonna miss on out Sparrow. Its just with too many figures coming out soon and since I'm getting Sparrow, I really want to cancel this. Plus, if I was to get another Depp, it would be sleepy Hollow as that is one of my favorite Johnny Depp movie.
Its just that, I dont think HT is gonna make a bunch of these and if these sell out, I just cant imagine what the prices would be on evilbay if I decide to get this later on.
Damn you HOT TOYS!!! Why couldnt you have released this later!!!

Ha ha ha!!! I have a friend that used to do that every chance he can. Havent talked to him in a while, might have to ask him for more info on where to sell, lol.

He was one of those slacker dudes thats living with his mom. It would always crack me up cause he would call to see what I was up to and when I ask him the same, he would tell me he just got back selling plasma cause he is out of smokes and beer, lol.
