What do you guys think?

man you guys don't have it as bad as I do. I had to wrap it and put it under my tree before opening it and I'm sitting here staring at the carboard box it was delivered in and it says "captain america by hot toys" sadly gotta wait a week and a half oh well. :-/

The star and A look crooked on that pic above to me.

Is this really commom?

...

Reckon his arms will move so he can hold a sniper rifke to his shoulder?

seems to be as a few people have this problem. i don't know what's going on with Hot Toys' quality control or lack there of, but this is unacceptable. for the amount of money we are spending on these figures, we shouldn't have to worry about things like this.

That sucks man! :slap

Hope you get good replacements for those.

same here!!! I also had problems with batman, superman and now cap. Contacted SS for replacment on all 3!!!

just finished emailing sideshow about replacements. we'll see what happens.

just wanted to show where belt break was ,this part of the belt is held together by the triangle leather peace .. If falls off so will belt loop around leg ...It's not a dealbreaker and not sending back waited 6 months 4 this guy.. I Just wanted to know how some got belt off and on with this not breaking ?It would seem like pain in ars to try take off and reloop belt without breaking and not worth it to me to try....

Just for future reference, super glue is terrible to use on fabrics. It becomes too hard and the fabric loses it's texture as compared to the rest of the material. The fabrics will soak up the super glue and make the repaired area bulky and noticeable. I know, I've made the same mistake. Next time go to a hobby shop and buy a fabric or leather glue, depending on what you're repairing. Some bottles will come with applicator brushes, but if not just buy a small hobby brush to apply it. You don't want to skimp on products you're going to use to fix/mod these collectibles, because the end outcome can be devastating. Right now, looking at the fix I'd say buy a loose one off of ebay, or whatnot. And probably the best point of advice I could give you- before making any fix ask other members what you should do, and what you should use, because getting their input could literally save you hundreds of dollars.

:lol I'm in a similar situation in that my wife wrapped mine up for my birthday this weekend. At least I don't have to wait the extra week! Only 4 more days for me!:yess:

I got mine today. I am having a tough time swapping out hands. The pegs are too big for the holes. Already see why they included extra pegs because I snapped one off. Anyone else having this problem?

So what's the story on the extra ankle pegs? Are more and more people getting them?

Just got my first one tonight from SS and it has the extra set of long ankle pegs. I should get my second as soon as AE ships, but that is looking like well after Christmas.

WOW:thud:. This figure looks great in the pictures, but I think in hand it is pure amazing. The headsculpt and outfit are masterpieces in my opinion. I am hoping I get Capt Jack next week from AE, but right now this is my favorite figure from 2011 (even over Supes).
