I'm thinking about picking this figure up, but I heard he's a bit on the short side. Is this true?

If that's indeed the case, what can be done to bring him up to the height of say the Avengers Cap?

Thanks! And it's the original shield with a few coats of the Tamiya flat coat. I do have a cheapo diecast shield on hand that I'll coat and paint up (one of these days) to make a battle damaged shield. It's just been too cold to go outside to spray coat it, and I don't have someplace indoors I can use.

Yeah basically. I heard people say that all they did was get higher foot pegs and he looks in scale with the other caps

Long pegs were included with TFA but I think they started doing that on later waves. These are the ones but several other figures use these (off the top of my head, most of the T-800's and other Caps)

Thanks so much. I'll. check my capt at home about the pegs but I'm sure he just has the short ones. Might have to pick up new ones

My pleasure. I'm sure he's wearing the shorties, but check to see if you have the spares. If not just search "long foot peg" and they're all equivalent. The DX12 and Armory suit use them too, but those are black. If that doesn't matter to you, maybe those might come cheaper

This one is a great figure if the GA cap is too steeply priced.
