Nope. I changed him to the long pegs as soon as I recieved him. It's probably just his pose or the angle at which I took the photo.

The pant legs. Spend enough time with this Cap, and you can tell how tall it is based on how close the hexagons are to the boots.

So I managed to finally pick up this guy for a really great price. I had him before, but had to unfortunately sell him. I am super ecstatic to have him back though! I do still need to coat his shield before it peels more.

TFA Cap was made back when they made every figure in 12" scale. More and more now are 1/6th, so the heads look a little bigger on older figures.

I was just contemplating a head swap for mine and wasn't sure if it would look right. Has anyone tried changing out the headsculpts for a helmet version from say GA cap? I love my FA Cap but the head sculpt bugs me.

The GA Cap headsculpt is even worse. It looks nothing like Evans. You'd be better putting the Stealth helmeted sculpt on it.
Plus, with a little bit of work, you can cover the ears and add back the leatherwork from TFA.

It's only a little darker. Not much.

The neck peg fits okay. All you need to do is slightly bulk up the shoulders a bit(You can do that by putting in some tissue when the head is removed).
