I see the same HS with different lighting angle and zoom.

I think so too, the hairline is the most notable but in the lates pic there isn't any fringe, it's all tucked away.

Even fans of the, for arguments sake, let's say "new", sculpt even say that it's different to the proto (they say it's improved, but I think differently). I did look at a bunch of other proto pics, & it looks different. I actually want you to be right, because I want to like this figure.

The eyes on the new one are off, totally misses the look.

Either way there's been at least one definite change, her hairline is centered rather than over her right eye

Love these new pics. I wonder if the cloth on her right hand is real fabric or sculpted?? Anyone know this?
