The light up suite case is a VERY cool feature! Again, makes me want it all the more and makes the toy overall that much more appealing! :clap

Yeah. I think the only ones Im going to pass on are Thor and Iron Man. I have a modified Thor that to me looks better then the current one and I have a enough Iron Men. The others are not represented in my collection. If there are major strides from proto to in hand pics I may change my mind but I will wait and see.

I didn't PO this great figure, but what I do want is the case, I should buy it later, the illumination is really, really awesome :D :D

Yes the case and such are great but the overall figure lacks something..facial features way too soft from prototype pics......amazing that I'm looking at a HT figure like this........regression of quality IMO

Dude heads up: Toy Anxiety charges right when you place the order! I found out the hard way, didn't realize until the money was already missing :slap

I know, it's cool. I use Paypal when ever I can so I don't have to worry about paying later. That is one of my problems with Sideshow and one of the main reason I use AlterEgo. With them, I put in my order via CC then when I have built up enough money in my Paypal account, I email Josh and he pulls it out. It's perfect system for me.

Is the sculpting really softer, or is the lighting different? Most collectors don't have access to the quality of lighting a company like HT uses.

I am thinking the in-hand pix are using a less harsh lighting, and this is softening the appearance of the sculpt.

I'll be taking the wait and see approach as well.
I'm in no hurry and these aren't going away anytime soon.

Sculpts are always a little softer from protos. The vinyl medium has a harder time capturing all the fine details. That's why they over texture at the start so it balances out by the time the heads go through production.

I'm actually okay with that! I'd rather pay them off and be done with it! What can anyone tell me about them? I never ordered from them before? I assume they're good like SS or BBTS?
