So I got a question doods. I can only afford 1 high end figure from now til next year and can't decide. It'll either be P2 or Masterpiece Soundwave. Which would you get? I'm more than likely getting masterpiece sideswipe regardless. I don't collect figures much anymore but masterpiece transformers and predators always have a place in my collection.

If you havent got Classic id push you firmly towards classic. If you have got classic, i reckon you could skip p2

If you havent had classic, or shadow id say get p2 purely to experience the new body and head

get the p2 cant go wrong with predator. may have some inaccuracies but it still looks great overall.

I'd choose the Transformers G1 Masterpieces, and one of them is Soundwave! Finally a Soundwave Masterpiece! And accurate, as opposed to the new P2, so... how the heck would you even consider others? Soundwave is a must get! Just pre-order that thing now!

@ Capella yeah we finally get a soundwave! I'm leaning towards getting Soundwave. I mean he comes with fricken laserbeak. And he's actually cheaper than P2. The thing is if I get soundwave I'm definitely getting sideswipe too. Not that this is a bad thing.

I'd be crazy if I missed both Soundwave and Sideswipe, and I'm not . Gladly have both on pre-order, and also Red Alert. And for Soundwave we're talking about such a main and one of the most charismatic characters from the Transformers universe, that one can't miss it. We've all been waiting for this Masterpiece figure!

As for Sideswipe, it's a freaking Lamborghini Countach!

I took your advice man. I cancelled p2 and pre-ordered soundwave. You're right he was a total must have. I'll probably add Sideswipe within the next day or so. We'll see how my bank account looks in a couple days.

Choosing between P2 and Soundwave would be a nightmare for me! Luckily I have the funds for both. Getting two Sideswipes and maybe two Soundwaves,love the bot and alt modes so so much. Anyway excited for this P2,he is my favorite predator.

That's what I've done with MP Megatron, I have one in robot mode and one in gun mode. And you're giving me ideas for Sideswipe although I had only pre-ordered one.

And to all P2 fans I apologize. I completely de-railed this thread. P2 looks like a sweet figure but I don't think I'll be able to add him to the collection just yet.

Yes, that's the one, 2 guys were going to kill him when he finds Megatron in gun mode in the water and saves himself, than he uses him to rob money and what not .

No problem, at least it was a good de-railing and not a bad discussion as sometimes happen around here .
