Got home from work tonight and here he is, a day early. Thankfully my star wasnt crooked and he looks amazing!

Kinda disappointed Sideshow doesn't double-box though. This was my first order through them.

Just finished my Avengers Steve Rogers, I'm pretty happy about the way he turned out.

His build:
TFA Cap body
HT's hands and feet
Saturday Toys Tan suit pants and boots
Art Figures belt
ACI long sleeve shirt
Wild toys t-shirt
HT Indy jacket
PoS HT Avg Cap hood

:clap:clap:clap nice steve! if you can also sew, probably slicing a couple of cm on the trousers will do more wonders for this custom

I love my Avengers Captain America, but hate the range of motion that is lost due to the uniform. For those who do not know I use my figure to preform Stop-motion animation, so my figures need to have a great range of motion for posing. I also did not like that my Cap seemed to be lacking in the chest area. So I padded his chest with one packing peanut for each side. I also did the same thing for the lats.

Okay here's the solution I used for the lack of range in the shoulders and hips. After I completed the padding procedure and breaking the zipper (Twice) Luckily I fixed it. This was not easy and I'm dumbfounded how the shirt can be removed with out the zipper coming off. Okay I got the zipper back on but was having quite the time pulling the zipper down all the way because of the padding. Then I remember that denim stretches when it's wet. Sooooo I put a little water on the shirt and it went right back together. Then I started to think "Maybe I can get the shirt to loosen up so i could raise his arms up". That worked too. I let the shirt dry with his arms up so it would retain the stretch. It worked. So then I did the same thing to the crutch ares and had him do a sidekick. That worked too. So the conclusion is: put a little water on the suit, pose him, let dry in the pose, and now your Avengers Cap has a great range of motion. See pics below.

Hey, does anyone know how well the ACI andrew body fits cap? Is he muscular enough it in? Also, the neck peg is detachable from the head sculpt for steve rogers correct?

Wow that's pretty awesome. Can you post more pics of Cap doing a dynamic pose? I might have to try this.
