Hey guys, I finally decided to pick this one up! I just had a quick question, has anyone tried putting the helmet head from his other cosstume(not the rescue one) on this body? I tried searching through the thread but I didn't see any after 80+ pages.

Just want to see how it looks before I commit to buying the other head D:

Yes! Thanks Username! I think I'll either be picking that head up or waiting for the WS version. I love the way it looks over the cowl that the Avengers version has.

Thanks for the reply, mate! Haha, the Star Spangled Man thread has been at 49,872 for the last hour or 2, hasn't changed, lol. I posted some questions on there a long time ago but no responses either so I figured it might be best to broaden my chances and post in another Captain America thread since the others seem to get more action, probably because SSM isn't that popular due to the way it looks.

The Avengers head looks really good on that body. Was rather surprised on how well that swap works.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Looks like the unmasked look is getting more love. Now I just have to figure out how to get the head/neck to stay solid since it is loose and wiggles a bit.

I have a request, can someone model the USO Cpt with the head of first avenger? I am thinking on a custom with this parts: USO body and costume, first avenger head sculpt, first avenger pants died a bit darker and first avenger shield and ill be using USO belt. What do you guys think?

Yes, i am looking for the clasic comic look but not sure how the first avenger helmet head will look with this body.

Will Hot Toys be making a Winter Soldier or Avengers sequel Captain America figure? I'm asking because I'm wondering if more people will be selling their "old" figures to go towards the new ones if/when they come out.

HT has the license for Winter Soldier so yes, they will be making Winter Soldier figures. Some people may sell theirs, but for Captain America collectors like myself, we will only be adding to our collections.

I've been keeping an eye out cause I'm looking for one too, ebay prices have been $240 to $280. There seems to be plenty out there, I'd peg a good price at $250 shipped at the moment.
