How long after a teaser before the actual review pics generally appear?

Well usually PE shows a teaser during the day and that night we get full photos from most of the HK bloggers. But for some reason PE has shown teasers for this for the last 3 days? And usually they show teaser pics that are partial pics of the actual figure itself. These have not been.
