Saw this photo somewhere, was wondering if STRIKE Cap in this picture was modded at all or could he get into that pose easily? Might change my pose if this is stock... :clap

yeah I saw that post on FB. Made me want to get a STRIKE Suit Cap again

ABSOLUTELY modded, no question. Can see it in the waist, chest, legs and how the arms actually are positioned. Agreed, fantastic pose and great modding; the pants don't even look that baggy!

Pity, cos that is a really, really good pose! Nowhere near brave enough to try any type of modding myself, so looks like my Cap will have to be content in his 'boring-just-standing-there' pose. :(

Wow! I love that photo!!! Rescue Cap really is amazing. I think I may end up selling off my WS civvie Steve and using the money toward a rescue Cap instead.

Can't really tell.

I want to say the upper body is slightly modded, but I believe the arms can still acheive that pose stock. His hands don't look like they're fully clasped behind his back based on the distance.

The lack of poseability on him is fine for me, as I currently have mine in this pose:

Simple, but I feel conveys the tone of this suit based on what he did at the start of the film in this suit.

On top of whatever body/suit mods were done, it looks like the heads all got a good repaint as well.

In addition, the WW2 "HERO" Cap looks heavily modded and looks to have a lot of custom clothing pieces.

This looks really great. *__* Those three look awesome like this and the poses are lovely. I kinda want Strike suit Cap again now but I fear all the mods I'd have to use on him to get this look so I'm safer off not getting him at all.

Saw this on Facebook, probably the best I've seen this figure look. Modded with a CR supes body I think. Anyone else done this?

many people have done it but the suit doesnt zipper up on that body

Damn, I really like how the SS looks ... I really need to keep myself from buying that one. Gotta ... resist ...

@TräshKatze einfach kaufen ;)
Now don't tempt me!! :gah:

I have just gotten the civvie Steve about 2 months ago without the package and SS figure coz I thought, "Oh well, I don't need a third Cap". HAHA stupid me, I guess, coz now I want a third. XD But maybe I'll just hunt for the Rescue Cap or Golden Age Cap instead so it can go with the custom Howling Comandos Bucky. hmmm~~

Also, I guess I'd be a tad too scared to do the mod ... did you do all of that? And did you manage to find that TTM 20 for a good price? Coz all the prices I see are almost as much as SS Cap himself. :/

Edit: Actually ... the mod that OneSixthScale did on Youtube looks pretty easy ... I could do that ... and look at that ... there's even an auction for SS Cap from the set without Stevie ... which would be perfect ... DAMN YOU cml1987!!! :panic:

The TTM 20 has a molded rubber neck. How did you accommodate for the solid head/neck on Cap?

Since trying to move away from adding yet more Iron Man figures to my collection, admittedly by selling off older ones to make room for newer (more preferred) figures coming next year I had started thinking about going back and adding some of the nicer, older, Cap suits to my collection of AoU and later in the year CW Cap so I know your pain there! First off I will be looking to get this guy (when budget allows) as I am with Chris Evans on loving this suit no matter how short a time he spent in it! And then follow that up with the Rescue Cap if I can as to me thats the first true Cap look but vastly different to everything that came after.

Pretty epic photo there and pretty much what I might do, if I can! I think after getting a few things either through second hand pickups or with newer versions of figures coming out I am starting to cross off my current Marvel representation grails... Hopefully 2017 lets up enough for me to consider this (though not counting on it with current PO's, Daredevil dropping online soon etc)
