I love my Strike suit...regretted not getting the two pack so I just made a deal with a fellow boardie to get Steve...he should be on his way tomorrow. Now I have to consider modifying the Strike Suit figure.

So, I saw a pic on FB where someone used the Man of Steel body for Strike Cap and damn, that looked great. Has anyone else tried that?

I seen this mod before. I too want to try this mod out. Just finding a fairly good price for a MOS body is crazy hard.

The only bad thing about the MoS mod is the back zipper doesnt close.

Alright, so despite my fear of doing one of the mods and accidentally ruining my Stealth Cap, I couldn't resist any longer and bought him and another CW Cap body. Hope my Cap is here tomorrow or the day after, then I'll see how bad the articulation and body shape are for real. ^^

Think I read this entire thread + reviews before ordering this set - just showed up today and while can't remember most of the comments - fresh out of the box (thanks BBTS! A day early yet! Plus box-in-box padded shipping!) LOVE this set. No time to do much but a few quick cell pics, but IMO they are both beautiful figs.

Biggest complaint I remember is Cap's stiff articulation/flat chest. Yep, fresh out of the box, Cap's stiff re the arm articulation. Maybe kind flat re the padding. *Shrug* IMO it's a stunning pair - beautiful paint, impressive quality shields, great costumes. And I don't mind futzing a great fig tho not seeing anything that bothers me all that much.

Very happy with these guys, and happy my WS finally will be w. WS Cap on display, and just plain happy to have more excellent IMO Caps. Finally. Gonna have fun futzing w. the guys - have another shield on order and sniper rifles - maybe when the current PO dust settles I'll add a BW too. Behind the curve on the WS stuff, so just glad BBTS still had them new - and in flawless condition.

He's really looking great! CW Cap looks a lot smalller next to him though which is one of the reasons as to why I'm glad decided to go with the CW mod for my Strike Cap.

But on his own MoS Strike Cap looks gorgeous. ❤

Btw, has anyone modded civvie Steve?

Oooh - NICE. Gotta go back and read what everyone did to improve their Caps. Already looking for more SA clothes for Steve for the fight scene. And wondering if just modding the fat suit would improve things - at least get rid extra material binding the arms up.

I did. I had to get rid of that "b!+ch tit" that he had. Reminded me of Bob from fight Club.

Yeah precisely! What did you do? It didn’t bother me at first but the longer I have him, the more I wanna improve him. XD

Its a simple mod. Just takes a little time and patience. Just unglue the chest and move it up about half in inch. Make sure that the Steve sculpt doesn't scrap on the front of the removed chest piece. Once you have it at its desired space place some padding blow it and then tape it down to secure it in place. Then you're done. Ill try and take some pics if I get a chance.
