All of the HT IMs when placed next to other 1/6 figures just never looks right. Tony Stark has to be skin and bones to fit in that.

Well it's not that much of a stretch to be honest. RDJ has a small frame. In all of the marvel movies they put him on lifts to appear 6'0...the standard for superheroes haha. But artificially giving him extra height doesn't do much for his overall physique when he shares a screen with someone that's naturally taller than him. Take any scene he's in with gwyneth Paltrow for instance; you can tell just by the size of their heads. Either gwyneth has a huge head for a girl or RDJ has a small head for someone that's portrayed as 6'0. Now when you have him standing side by side with both Chris', 1 is actually 6', the other is 6'2, both with larger frames and the difference is pretty damn noticeable.

Of course the MK45 Didn't have an actual prop costume and was entirely CG, but if you can do mental gymnastics to work around the confines of RDJs height and build...maybe it'll make sense haha. Anyway someone looks at it, there's just no way RDJ can fit in that armor..it just requires long limbs and a torso...

I went too far with this didn't I lol.

Oh Wow! He towers over MK1 and makes him look puny. :horror

Wasn't expecting that at all.

Thanks for the pic:duff

Damn guys i really need to stop coming here because now I think i need this as well as Knightmare Bats.:gah:

And I didn't even care that much for the damn movie!

I mean except for the Batman parts

Wait, what? Superman is taller than the Mk I? No way, out of scale. No way.

I can't even own the Superman figure anymore knowing that. :lol

I'm just comparing the IM figures, Tony Stark has to be super skinny with weird proportions to fit in that suit. I know RDJ is short in real life, when he was in a real prop suit in IM2, the armor was really bulky, much like other cosplay suits I've seen. The CGI suit makes him slimmer with superhero proportions and HT based their designs off that. As cool as it looks, it just doesn't look right standing next to other figures.

Haha, we'll RDJ is like 5'8, if even, so in reality, these figures are in scale with their real life counterparts.

I still hate SS for making collectors destroy their dollies. And i don't give a **** about their reasons.

"Hey suckers, we only pay about $100 for these. It isn't worth it to US to send them back".

But damn if that video isn't :rotfl

Oh don't take it the wrong way, I wasn't trying to be argumentative with you haha. I just wanted to share my thoughts for some that may find the proportions of some IM figures to be a big drawback. I agree whole heartedly that the MK45 does appear to be a little...hungry lol. The only way for me to justify those proportions as well as displaying him next to other figures is what I posted earlier.
