Bearing in mind you'll need to update the coat (extra $30ish I think) it's still a bit steep, bit good on the current market. I adore the figure and think he is incredibly unique - he carries a lot of shelf presence.

Onesixth kit makes a coat out of a fabric material that is slimmer and screen color accurate. The faux leather one is a bit bulky and colored more like the real coat, but not in texture. It comes down to what you want to imitate, screen accuracy or prop accuracy. I wholeheartedly recommend the surrogate coat and would claim it to be one of the fee HT upgrades I've made where I think the third part addition is an improvement.

Because the stock one is terrible and not even screen-accurate.

Yeah that does look more screen accurate. Was going on ebay and couldnt see anything below $400 for this. Pics on this thread might have just convinced me to pull the trigger.

Not at the moment but Kit mentioned he would be bringing it back at some point. Might have even been talking about this month.

I believe they are doing a second run for this coat at One Sixth Kit. I do not believe that this coat will fit over the regular Batman -- just too muscular. There is a third party kit that replicates all of the Knightmare outfit and accessories. It will be a little tight on the regular suit BvS Batman, but I remember seeing some pictures, and it still fits. It's a bit pricey at $85, but probably beats paying anywhere from $400 to $600 for the figure on eBay. Plus it gives you the option to interchange between regular and Knightmare. The OSK Knightmare coat was around $30 shipped.
