I’ve always actually been a fan of the stock coat on this. The OSK coat looks like how it does in both films with the lighting muted, but whenever I saw the BvS KM suit in pictures on display at conventions, the coat to me always looked more like how the stock coat does.

I suppose at that point it merely just comes down to preference.

Personally I like the wired version on OSK which Keyboard Warriors reviewed. The custom wired cape I got for my BvS Batman just takes it to the next level. It'll be the same with the wired version.

The Daftoys does look to have the better paint job though. However is more expensive.

It's tough to choose between the 2 coats. I like the thin wire on Kit's for more poses but Daft's looks better.

Something about the texture on the OSK coat just wasn't working for me. It looked fine in closeup, but not so much from a distance.

I just pre-ordered the OSK coat. Looks so much better than the stock coat. I really hope it drapes and hangs that well in actuality.

I went with the Daftoys coat and used some points at OSK so got it for ?30. I?m a big fan of wires for posing but the tailoring, weathering and fit of DT just looks superb and make it the one to beat for me. Including an improved scarf is also a nice addition.

Still waiting to pull the trigger on a custom coat but I have to say that Daftoys looks damn good.

I have a number of custom coats on order, but the one I ordered thru Jaxon arrived yesterday. The quality and tailoring is top notch ? genuine leather, too. It isn?t as form fitting as some others, but I like it:

They aren?t the same. I placed my order thru Jaxon last June, and it arrived yesterday. For the price and look of the Daftoys, that looks like a great option

I did a stock coat repaint. Improvement over the stock color for sure. For anyone looking to go this route, I used multiple coats of Kiwi brown shoe polish (the one with the built-in sponge applicator). I also used some acrylic black wash, especially in the stitching areas, and finished it with multiple coats of matte clear coat to reduce the gloss:
