I remember back when HT would give us a new sculpt for the same character each time. Development costs must have gotten prohibitive.

No just laziness, sculptors getting bored and leaving like KA Kim and Kojun, and Disney properties with new character looks not changing much.

They think it's better to repaint a sculpt and jack up the price.

I'm hoping they do a new sculpt for Clint here.

I would expect Neo only on the films release day.
