I'd love either look for T1 T800 2.0s but the police station assault scene is so good, I'd particularly like the Terminator in the outfit from that.
I've been tempted to get the original releases, they seem to have held up fairly well, but I'm cautious about tracking them down. HT could surprise us in the coming months with 2.0s.
Maybe HT could give us a DX T1 T-800. They have given us a few DX T2 figs but no DX T1 Figs. A DX T1 fig could cover all the bases. Tech Noir look & Police Shootout look.

I’m settling for the Present Toys T1 figures for now but if HT reissues with 2.0s, that’s an added bonus.

I really don't understand how HT just decides to NOT go all in on this franchise. It feels like it'd be a liscence to print money. There has gotta be some kind of issue with rights and likeness approvals that keeps this line nailed down to Arnie and Robert Patrick.

This looks incredible in the Sideshow showcase! I didn't see that the other boot has some heel grating-transformation going on too.
That shot finally answered the confusion I had over two pairs of boots being provided.
I still think it’s a disgrace that HT goes through the effort of making such nice diorama bases and then bastardising them with their standard disgusting crotch grabber when we know they’re more than capable of utilising clear acrylic rods or even the newer, less invasive ‘ankle grabber.’

I don't see them ever moving away from the crotch grabber until InArt makes it an industry standard to avoid them completely.

They have zero reason to, as it stands.

Won't happen any time soon considering InArt are apparently doing away with magnetic stands for future releases and going back to crotch grabbers.
Oof. Well magnet stands always felt like a hollow idea anyway. They're all trash imo.

I was hoping for clear acrylic like how their Superman is, plugged in the back. I'd take that for flying and standing poses over the HT crotch grabbers.

Just watched the video and yeah I'm most impressed with this guy. I wish we could have gotten full 360s of them to be sure but the T-1000 sculpts appear to be terrific despite how not-so-good they looked in the official solicitation shots. And I love that base. Sad that the clean T-800 doesn't seem to be getting an environment base - for symmetry you'd think all 3 figures would get one.

Yeah this figure out shined the T800's imo. I keep going back to re-watch the showcase for this one. Really impressive work on this.
