I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly hot toys said in an interview they had no plans to make Barbossa.

I don't understand that at all! Hector Barbossa has been an important character in the entire POTC franchise...he surely deserves a figure by now!

Penelope wears three costumes...the you one pictured, a blue coat, a maroon chemise, and of course her lookalike Jack...lol.

I can't post pics right now but there's a tease that's obviously Superman (life size bust I think but could be for the PF) and there's been 2 teasers on their facebook page for Poison Ivy (comiquette or PF I think)

I agree, and often times the rooted hair ends up looking like doll hair.

I can see HT logic in saying if Angelica sells then they'd look into Barbossa. It's a plot to sell out Angelica just like for Sucker Punch.

Babydoll is sold out at a lot of retailers and I'm sure Amber will be too once released. Promise the masses something if you buy the current product. Prey on their hope while you take in the $$$. Makes sense.

But I will definitely be in on Angelica whenever she's released. I like Penelope Cruz as an actress and not just in POTC and will love to have her in figure form with Jack.

As for Barbossa, he's cool and I'd choose him over Blackbeard anyway but Davy Jones is my favorite villain of the movies and hope that he gets a 2.0 to be honest.

Babydoll selling out this soon is a big deal imo, hope it leads to more figures.

I too would take Davy Jones 2.0 first, then either balackbeard or Barbossa.
