Wow, old thread resurrected. I really want a Jack since I missed out on the DX06. Unfortunately, I don't see HT re-visiting Jack until the new movie is almost out.

I mean, HT loves to play games like this. I remember when the DX10 released and they drop the DX13 on us. The more recently example like Jedi Luke, then Endor Deluxe. Or like the "Battle Damaged / Unmasked" Deadpool in the pipeline after the regular...those are a few I can think of off the top of my head.

Artisan Jack from Curse/DMC/AWE I would definitely order. At least even if it's not right away I still have a feeling it's coming now since

A. They are still in the business of making Jack/Pirates figures after Disney/Depp fallout.

B. They will want to revisit the older versions now with the Artisan approach.

C. They still have that Throne...might as well make money on it.

It makes sense. Even JND are doing 1/3 Jack Sparrow and apparently Disney want to try to work things out with Depp now.

I hope you're right. I'm always interested for more Depp figures, Sparrow or otherwise.

I would be nice to put my previous customs to bed and have a true DMC/AWE or COTBP Sparrow figure.
