Whoa stand back, I didn't say that other poses were horrible or dreadful, just bad "IMO". Plus perhaps you didn't know I haven't even got one HT and the specualting is basically theorising. You don't need something to make a theory of it. I'm sorry if I offended you or something though I think you need to know that this is going to be my first piece and saying that it isn't right for me isnt really motivating for a first timer, but i guess your right though i havent even got the figure and Im judging those who do. P.S I guess when I do get this figure Ill see if I can make some poses and share it out so others can copy it, and plus it's not like it's impossible to move, hard but not impossible.

Yeah I think you'd need the actual figure in hand to have a feel for it's sturdy joints and aesthetics. If I saw badly posed pics, I wouldn't blame the poser, but the figure itself. Especially if all the pics you've seen are bad. I dunno, 1/6th scale really is in a league of it's own, and it's nothing like you could imagine if you've never gotten one.

I've seen really great pics of this figure in different poses, and I honestly commend the posers for the mere fact that they've gone far and beyond what I'd dare to do. These figures just feel so full of quality that for some reason makes you not wanna scratch it's paint or break it's joints. Ironic in a way. :lol

There are already some impressively posed Classics in this thread that you will have a hard time trying to 'beat the pose'.:lecture

:lecture

Any new pics or new poses are welcome.
There can never be enough predator pics.

:exactly: Keep em coming though, heon, they'll be welcomed for sure.

the predator articulation before the new bodies were actually pretty decent, I. Was looking at some reviews of the original p1 predator

Yup, old preds were cool, but the new ones are nothing alike. Not even the same joint structures.

One day the new bodies will have the articulation of the older Preds. I think it's just a case of how well and fast they can evolve and improve the new bodies.

I hope that Hot Toys improves scar predators face sculpt to look movie accurate other than a really closed mouth that the scar never looks like unmasked in the movie.

If you all want somthing posed in a crazy position, go buy a statue.

^^ This ____in' ---hat with his "opinion-superiority-complex"....I swear...

Or...maybe you could be a person with a tiny bit of imagination and creativity, instead of a boring old stiff...

and buy a figure and pose it your ----self.

I dunno maybe it's just me but one pose forever sounds a bit too boring.

That wasn't my point at all.

Nothing to do with lazyness. The thing is, people are always complaining about the articulation on the new bodies..when in reality, they are HARDLY more limited than the original bodies. People want to pose these figures like the Wolf LSF ffs..they're not meant for that. They're high-end figures. High-end dolls. Not Revoltech stuff.

They managed to make the figures look 100x more realistic while at the same time maintaining NEAR the same reach of poseability.

:exactly: having the figure look realistic as possible is more important to me than having big open joints for the sakes of being able to give your figure crazy poses.
