Saw this on another forum.

I don't think they photoshopped the sculpt, just the hair color and some dirt and the cut on his cheek.

I think they made his pupils a smidge bigger, too. Which helps a little, I think.

it's just a proto their will be plenty of time to fix him. i will add this guy to my collection i will be broke thanks hot toys. this is like the 6th figure in a row they have annouced and i must have them all.
