Dammit. HT is smaller.
They all have faulty rulers though. There's still a chance.

I'm sure it's being justified because of the diecast and electronics. I do think R2 is overpriced though. As much as I say otherwise I'll probably cave eventually.Wow! If memory serves the very deluxe SSC version has $149.99 when it was released...cannot imagine where the price point on this one comes from...
Rouge One?It's TFA R2. Should have been ANH or Rouge One. I hope they do not do C3PO from TFA. That will be a big pass. Sorry crappy screenshot, but you can still make it out, barely lol.

Crap. I just measured SS R2 and he's 180mm!
Wow. SS must have been measuring him when he's tilted back on 3 legs or something.
This.looks awesome.
not $220 plus shipping awesome. SS wins this round.
It's becoming 100% clear that a "tiny/cute" 1/6 R2 is a LFL/Disney mandate, just like a "giant/imposing" 1/6 Vader is.
We've just seen far too many underscale R2's and overscale Vaders now for these to be accidents of scale.
All I want is a figure that looks like they do onscreen, not a company's attempt to play with perception. R2 should be at least 1/2" taller and Vader should be at least 1/2" shorter than these figures.
People play right into Disney's hands when they say they love their too-tall Vader because he "looks imposing on the shelf." No, he just looks too tall in comparison to the figure standing next to him.
