I agree, generaly, RPD Leon can be had for around 300-600. there is one on amazon for 450ish. my point is, he's expensive, and i regret not buying him. Like the early preds, And Hicks he's retarded expensive now.

So, I guess it depends on the fan of what item. I have a Leon RPD, that unfortunately didn't get the chance to buy at retail price. Given the fact that there were no releases of the tyrant or nemesis, I no longer care too much on keeping it. I paid quite a bit for it, and would like to at least receive an item I'd be happy with for trade or a sale that can help me obtain an item I've been wanting.

The Leon RPD sold originally for $149.00 on Sideshow. The Celtic sold for less at $130.00. Currently, the RE Leon S. Kennedy RPD that was listed on Amazon for $479.99 is no longer available. I've been watching that one for a few days now just to see how long it would take to sell. The only ones available are on ebay and Amazon over $799.99. I'd say a 12 inch figure will never be worth this much, unless it's made out of bronze. lol
To the Predator fan, the Celtic is more valuable, and to the Resident Evil, Leon is more valuable. Overall, I believe a Leon RPD is a fair trade to a Celtic, and I'm a fan of both.

Ive been watching both types of leons for the past few months on Ebay and Amazon.

The Amazon ones never shift.

The Ebay ones tick over but more often than not go unsold and end up being relisted.

The ones on Ebay that have sold have gone anywhere from $320 - $415.

Personally i would not pay more than $350 for one shipped. There was a blinder that went on Ebay a few months back that i missed and am so kicking myself over, RPD Leon Boxed but had been opened, complete sold for...wait for it...$172...gutted i was, only one bid and it wasnt even listed incorrectly. It was bizarre!

Anyway i still hold out hope i can get one for less on the ebay or trade something for one but i do not consider them to be made of gold and would not over pay for one, ive got a nice collection and can display them without spending a ton on a Leon.

That's exactly how I feel towards the Captain America PF and the over priced Predators. I've seen them sell for closer to retail in the last couple of months, but have been a bit too late to buy. Now nobody seems to want to sell for anything less than $600.00. It's like twice the profit is not good enough anymore. If Leon would've cost me retail, I would have been okay selling at $200.00 or less.. ;(

It's like what a fellow freak mentioned earlier, I'd rather spend half a grand towards a maquette than a 12 inch.

The Celtic Predator is the best AVP figure. Don't let it go for less than $500.
