From the single low res pic of the Weaving sculpt, it does looks pretty off, but probably will be improved upon

Well I wouldn't put my money on it being improved either, HT is unpredictable with these things. Some heads are improved upon greatly from initial protos (Reeve Supes), some are neglected (Indy).

Chances are going fwd more and more will be neglected given how much of a backload they have on their plate

I thought about it... But I find it easier to relax and wait for the official full figures from HT than to collect them piece by piece.
Yes I'm confident that they will make them in the future.

Pretty much my feeling as well. Very cool to have an additional option to display Schmidt with alternate Weaving head and outfit, but totally icing on the cake in the event that I feel the desire to splurge for a second figure.

side note, did you get that joker yet? didnt hear from you

he still dresses as a nazi from time to time modern. Just get the figure as is. he will likely dress the same "modern" as well as in WWII as far as the films go.

The long black coat is a pretty good "modern" skull as well.

Sorry for double-posting, but I just noticed not many people seem to care about the Hugo head sculpt;
I'm sure some HT peeps DO read this forum, and if everybody says they don't care about the Weaving sculpt, it might cause them to place less importance on improving it.
Therefor, I am here to say I DO care!
I'm sure you all agree that Hugo did a great job in the role,
so I want the sculpt to be improved to honor him (and to satisfy my pickyness).
The Skull sculpt looks great, and the costume too!

Don't worry, once official pics are out and we get a good look at the sculpt, the btching will begin. I got my E-mail all set to go, I just have to copy/paste, swap out 'Indiana' for 'Hugo' and send.

Like the EVANS sculpt, I am getting this because its THE RED SKULL. A Marvel character that I want in a 1/6. I'm fine with the sculpts looking like the actors, but I am certainly not going to complain if they don't.

Especially with the fact that so many of us were just praying that they'd make a Red Skull some day.
