Looks like it. It's easy to make a same sculpt look different by changing the paint, shading, tone and colors. I think grey scaling photos of both figures will confirm that.

Again, it's not going to be $219 for long. It will drop like a rock, especially considering RE6's lack of popularity unless you're a 12 year old who doesn't know jack or one of the CoD crowd even then, RE4 Ada didn't last at $200 for long.
